Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support engineers executing regional projects with project management and technical guidance aligned to customer and business objectives.
  • •Own all phases of assigned projects from kickoff through scope alignment, bill of material and network design coordination, documentation management, and financial forecasting support.
  • •Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve technical, contractual, and warranty-related issues while balancing satisfaction, quality, and financial outcomes.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and adjust project startup schedules with engineering teams and customers as priorities and resources change across multiple projects.
  • •Partner with regional Aftermarket Sales to identify opportunities, define scopes of work, and support regional project solution development.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Demonstrated experience managing or supporting projects involving custom engineered systems, services, or industrial solutions.
  • •Minimum 2 years of related experience in field service, project management, project engineering, or customer support.
  • •Willing and able to travel up to 30%.
  • •Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
