Key Responsibilities

  • •Work in an integrated planning, cost, and risk environment to optimize resource use and deliver work plan scopes within budget and time constraints.
  • •Ensure established planning and scheduling methodology is followed; develop project milestone and progress tracking baselines.
  • •Assess subcontractor compliance with the established scheduling methodology and contribute to the Work Breakdown Structure for performance measurement.
  • •Perform schedule data analysis to identify trends, issues, and areas requiring attention, and communicate findings to the Project Director and team.
  • •Lead schedule reporting, including forecast updates and schedule contingency management, and ensure timely schedule updates and reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 7 years of relevant civil infrastructure construction experience in a scheduling role supporting major programs, with rail experience highly preferred.
  • •Experience scheduling in complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments with proactive coordination.
  • •Practical exposure to network planning structures and techniques; experienced user of Primavera Project Planner 6.0+ and Microsoft Project.
  • •Ability to assist with wider business initiatives such as responding to RFPs; strong presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
