Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
  • •Mentor and hold direct reports accountable, including succession planning and performance management.
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Recruit, select, orient, and train employees; ensure progression path training and certification processes.
  • •Lead problem solving and continuous improvement while meeting production, quality, and cost objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • •Experience leading and developing associates.
  • •Proven ability to deliver project objectives and company metrics.
