Job Summary

Lead Visa’s end-to-end change management agenda to transform VCA into an AI-first organization. Own the enterprise change strategy and narrative, global AI capability-building roadmap, and role-based learning journeys. Activate leaders and managers as change sponsors, design adoption and reinforcement mechanisms for sustained behavior change, align incentives and performance signals, and establish KPIs, governance routines, and executive reporting to measure adoption and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and lead the enterprise AI-first change strategy and narrative for different audiences, reinforcing it through VCA forums.
•Design and execute a global AI capability-building roadmap, including role-based learning pathways and scaling training across AI fluency and ethical judgment.
•Equip leaders and managers with leader playbooks and toolkits, and embed AI adoption into routines such as onboarding, coaching, and performance discussions.
•Own adoption and reinforcement mechanisms—champions networks, office hours, nudges, peer coaching, demos, recognition, and adoption campaigns—to drive sustained behavior change.
•Define adoption and change KPIs, build governance routines, and create executive-ready dashboards to monitor progress and continuously improve rollout plans.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree, or 5+ years with a PhD.
•15+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, management consulting, HR strategy, AI transformation, workforce transformation, communications, or business transformation.
•Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs across complex, global, matrixed organizations.
•Strong experience designing and executing change strategies including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, leadership enablement, adoption tracking, and behavior reinforcement.
•Experience supporting digital, AI, automation, analytics, operating model, or workforce transformation programs.
