Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day stockroom operations, including logistics, inventory management, and stock-to-floor service.
  • •Provide feedback to store management on required resources to meet stockroom operational needs and deliver/maintain a premium stockroom model.
  • •Ensure compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards in the back of house; propose ideas to improve the concept store experience.
  • •Drive profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
  • •Support store management by helping deliver outstanding consumer experiences while meeting/exceeding commercial goals.
