Key Responsibilities

  • •Become an ArcGIS Enterprise Business Analyst extension technical expert and collaborate with software developers, product engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to determine product quality and release readiness
  • •Support the software product life cycle by contributing to software requirements definition, continuous improvement processes, UX design, testing, documentation, release, and support
  • •Identify and track software issues, build reproducible QA scenarios and communicate test results
  • •Craft product demonstrations, give presentations, create videos, blogs, and supporting materials that guide best practices for users
  • •Triage and prioritize issues from customers, gather requirements from customers and evaluate new features for future releases

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience with Esri software including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online
  • •Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiences
  • •Extensive knowledge of Windows and Linux. Working knowledge of Kubernetes
  • •Understanding of the ArcGIS APIs and location services such as GeoEnrichment
  • •Experience debugging web services and client applications with browser developer tools and tools such as Fiddler
