Key Responsibilities

  • •Under the direction of the structural department manager and senior structural engineers, perform assigned analysis and design tasks for building structures.
  • •Prepare structural design calculations for members of varying materials including steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and wood.
  • •Use structural engineering software to build structural computer models of facilities and produce structural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • •Perform construction administration activities, including shop drawing submittal review, RFI response preparation, and site visit reporting.
  • •Participate in interdisciplinary coordination meetings and help maintain project-related documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with Structures concentration plus 4 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •U.S. citizenship is required for the position.
  • •Demonstrated experience with structural analysis and design software such as RAM Elements, RAM Structural System, ETABS, SAFE, or RISA.
  • •Demonstrated experience with Revit and AutoCAD.
  • •EIT; ability to obtain a PE license within 6 months.
