Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technician-level support for ROTHR MARCAP and RACER receive site systems, including written/verbal technical reporting on system status.
  • •Perform system troubleshooting, testing, and repair using complex test setups and procedures on radar receive equipment and related infrastructure.
  • •Support onsite equipment operation and maintenance, including bench-level setup, testing, and maintenance/enhancement activities at local and remote sites.
  • •Coordinate with ROTHR engineering, QA, and EHS to support preventative maintenance routines and walk-around inspections when onsite.
  • •Support logistics and procurement, including receiving/inspecting/inventorying/staging shipments, equipment warranty claims, and maintain/produce technical documentation and drawings/redlines.

Key Requirements

  • •HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • •2+ years of experience in ROTHR operations and maintenance, including corrective, preventive, and intermediate-level maintenance and bench component troubleshooting/repair.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Windows, Red Hat Linux, Microsoft Office, and general computer-based test/field support.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and learn nonstandard equipment operation and test concepts quickly to support unconventional subsystem/system use.
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills, able to work autonomously troubleshooting problems efficiently.
