Key Responsibilities

•Provide proactive security monitoring support, investigate findings, and advise on security impacts from planned changes to Red Hat software.
•Act as a point of contact for major incidents, manage customer expectations and communications, and coordinate resolutions.
•Facilitate customer use of the Project Lightwell clearinghouse for scanning, triage, patching, and backporting.
•Collaborate with engineering, product management, and technical support teams to debug, test, and resolve issues, and contribute to the knowledge base.
•Build and grow enterprise customer relationships by delivering attentive, relationship-based support and maintaining up-to-date engagement documentation.

Key Requirements

•Associates' or Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a technical discipline.
•Red Hat Certified: RHCE (RHCA preferred).
•Security certification preferred (CISSP, CCSP, CompTIA Security+, (ISC)2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), Certified Ethical Hacker).
•10+ years of experience working in a security role, customer support, development, engineering, or QA organization.
•Experience working in agile, scrum, and DevOps teams; strong written and verbal communication in English and Japanese.
