Job Summary

Drive the manufacturing engineering work for new products by developing and releasing product BOMs and validating Operation Method Sheets. Collaborate with senior NPMEs on manufacturing, test, and sourcing strategies, including 3D solid-model virtual analysis (MLO and DMU). Participate in design reviews with DFA/DFT/operational efficiency feedback, execute engineering change control (ECO/CCB/NSRs), and support managed builds and technical training for internal and contract manufacturing teams.

•Develop, implement, and release new product BOMs for medium complex assemblies and product structure under management guidance.
•Implement new product manufacturing, test, and sourcing strategies with senior NPMEs.
•Develop and validate Operation Method Sheets (OMS) for medium complex assemblies.
•Participate in design reviews and provide DFA, DFAe, DFTp, and operational efficiency improvement feedback to new product development teams.
•Lead the Managed Build process and provide technical support and training to Applied and contract manufacturing resources, including piece part suppliers.

•Under guidance, develop, implement, and release new product BOMs for medium-complex assemblies and product structure.
•Develop and validate Operation Method Sheets (OMS) for medium-complex assemblies.
•Partner with senior NPMEs in 3D solid model virtual analysis (Master Layout and Digital Mock Up) and support design reviews.
•Provide support for change control activities, including logging change requests and executing ECO/CCB/NSR processes.
