Key Responsibilities

  • •Procure grain from local producers and call on new accounts as part of grain origination.
  • •Observe and support work with producers, including updating them on market trends, grain quotes, and grain programs while helping form marketing plans.
  • •Assist with reporting and typing purchasing contracts accurately and quickly.
  • •Assist the Grain Originator with rail billing and grain sales settlements as needed.
  • •Partner with elevator and office staff to support information flow and provide courteous, professional customer service.
