Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with BIM standards and contractual obligations, supporting delivery teams.
  • •Manage onboarding, training, and digital solution mobilisation to enable efficient information delivery.
  • •Oversee task teams, monitor progress, address delays, and act as an intermediary between stakeholders.
  • •Drive Information Execution Plans, produce reports, and lead digital implementation including supply chain assessments.
  • •Maintain quality assurance processes for BIM deliverables and support continuous improvement and R&D to enhance BIM processes and tools.

Key Requirements

  • •At least three years of working experience, ideally with relevant education in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • •Proven track record leading information management for large infrastructure projects across the project lifecycle.
  • •Proficiency in information management and implementing industry standards such as ISO 19650.
  • •Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Forma, and other CDE solutions, plus experience with data management and integration tools.
  • •Ability to lead and mentor a team of BIM and IM specialists, coordinate stakeholders, and resolve conflicts during project execution.
