  • •Lead and develop an existing engineering team, setting technical direction and an ownership-driven execution bar.
  • •Own roadmap and execution for source code indexing, PR agentic reviewers, shift-left work enabling agents to modify customer repos, and closed-loop feedback/evaluation systems.
  • •Build and operate scaled LLM and agent software in production, including LLM APIs, agent frameworks, harness/tool-use layers, prompt/eval tooling, and quality evaluation.
  • •Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical direction.
  • •Set AI-native development practices, including safety/validation standards and increasing agent autonomy over time.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an engineering manager who has shipped products with direct customer interaction.
  • •Hands-on experience building scaled LLM software, including LLM APIs, agent frameworks, prompt/eval tooling, harness/tool-use development, and closed-loop evaluation (LLM-as-judge).
  • •A strong product and customer mindset with the ability to solve customer problems and ship/iterate quickly.
  • •Ability to set product strategy in an ambiguous environment rather than executing a pre-defined roadmap.
