•Lead end-to-end cost management on commissions, ensuring timely and accurate cost checking and valuation.
•Coach junior staff by allocating roles and responsibilities to ensure effective cost management on projects.
•Advise clients on feasibility studies and procurement options, and manage estimating and cost planning stages.
•Oversee tendering, procurement, and contractual documentation using The Hive, eTender Platform, CostX and related tools.
•Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and interface with clients, Project Managers and other consultants throughout project delivery.
