•Develop and manage pre-season and in-season demand forecasts and inventory plans at the category, style, and style-color level aligned to financial targets.
•Participate in cross-functional forecast consensus meetings with Merchandising and Commercial partners.
•Analyze sales trends, historical data, and business inputs to refine forecasts and optimize inventory positions.
•Leverage data and analytics to identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
•Create and maintain reporting and analytics that provide visibility into forecast performance, inventory health, and key drivers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•2–4 years of experience in planning, forecasting, analytics, or supply chain-related roles.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and generate insights that drive business decisions.
•Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling).
•Experience with data visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred.
