•Define and drive product strategy for AI enterprise-focused product areas, enabling the biggest companies in the world to support their teams through AI-powered business transformation.
•This role owns admin experiences, file browser and search, permissions, and AI governance tooling.
•Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to set strategy, priorities and define a long term vision for our Enterprise users.
•Work directly with large enterprise customers to understand evolving AI needs around security, permissions, governance, compliance, and organizational workflows.
•Help shape how AI transforms collaboration between designers, PMs, engineers, and broader product teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 290,000 - 376,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience leading and developing Product ICs and Managers in an enterprise SaaS environment through mentorship and organizational leadership.
•Successful track record of building and shipping products for large-scale enterprise customers with complex requirements (security, governance, permissions) and influencing product direction through direct customer engagement and strategic partnerships.
•Strong understanding of AI product strategy, AI-powered workflows, and developer/design tooling ecosystems, coupled with deep curiosity about how AI transforms team collaboration.
•Proven ability to work cross-functionally across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, and executive leadership.
•Strong communication and storytelling skills, especially in executive-facing or customer-facing environments.
