Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and operate the material system, extruders, rollstand, thermoformer, grinder, and Air-Vey system.
  • •Ensure proper production rates and part quality, minimizing scrap.
  • •Pull samples for QA testing and adjust process parameters to correct quality concerns.
  • •Start up and shut down the thermoforming line efficiently; complete line changeovers.
  • •Operate fork truck and ensure accuracy of material scanning, loading, and labeling while keeping the section clean and orderly.
