Job Summary

Support delivery of projects within the Airline Operations Technology team by coordinating software and system changes that improve business processes, new products, and operational performance. Apply business analyst methodologies to define business and system requirements using data and process modelling. Partner with technical delivery teams, vendors, product owners, architects, and stakeholders to document solutions, validate and test changes, and manage releases and cutovers.

•Support delivery of key projects by leading coordination of software and system changes focused on business processes and operational improvements.
•Apply BA methodologies to define business and system requirements using data and process modelling.
•Liaise with technical delivery teams and vendors, facilitating stakeholder meetings to communicate updates and drive outcomes.
•Analyse, design, and document solutions with product owners and the architecture team; validate and test changes with users and testing teams.
•Manage software changes and releases, including delivery/implementation plans, cutover activities, and ensuring changes follow IT Change Management processes.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a business analyst role.
•Tertiary qualification in business or Information Technology, and/or CBAP beneficial.
•Experience delivering large-scale IT initiatives using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
•Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
•Ability to analyse quantitative data, solve problems, and communicate complex ideas clearly.
