Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as product owner for assigned digital products and initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to identify needs, define requirements, and prioritize enhancements.
  • •Support advisor digital tools and experiences, including login/registration, subscription services, online scheduling, and planning and analysis tools.
  • •Work with an Agile development team through the product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, user story development, backlog prioritization, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • •Partner with the business and client to define project requirements and manage the end-to-end completion process while keeping teams updated on timelines and progress.
  • •Use data, analytics, user feedback, and research to identify opportunities, recommend enhancements, analyze performance metrics, and provide operational support/troubleshooting for digital experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
