  • •Ensure proper functioning of plant equipment through preventive maintenance in a teamwork environment.
  • •Participate in problem-solving and technology improvement strategies with the process team and other stakeholders.
  • •Support operations, startup, and commissioning activities while ensuring equipment reliability and implementing necessary improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Commitment to working safely and applying HSE principles in a zero-by-choice safety mindset.
  • •Minimum of a DEC in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a relevant combination of studies/experience.
  • •Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
  • •Plant startup/commissioning experience (asset).
  • •Knowledge of aluminum operations (asset) and familiarity with Solidworks (asset), with fluency in written and spoken French and basic English knowledge.
