Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budgets.
  • •Manage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.
  • •Track and manage critical milestones to avoid schedule slip, and run required client/other meetings.
  • •Lead business development activities to pursue new project opportunities and strengthen market position.
  • •Oversee delivery from pre-contract to handover, including transfer of building operations and close-out documentation and warranties.

Key Requirements

  • •Senior Project Manager experience in sectors such as Industrial, Pharma, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Data Center.
  • •University degree in Civil/Building Construction, Construction Management, HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Ability to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and lead market-facing growth activities.
  • •Knowledge of construction costs and structural/civil and/or plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and low voltage scopes of work.
  • •Business-level Polish and English language skills.
