Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute comprehensive test programs for transmission aggregates, subsystems, and components in line with standards and protocols.
•Plan and conduct validation activities for key transmission components including gears, bearings, shifting systems, and synchronizers.
•Perform bench tests for transmission performance, durability, and reliability, analyzing results with DIAdem and MATLAB.
•Conduct root cause investigations and damage analysis on transmission parts, identifying improvements and corrective actions.
•Collaborate with international engineering teams and test bench suppliers; drive continuous improvement and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related) focused on transmission systems and testing.
•Minimum 8 years of experience in transmission testing, development, or a similar role.
•Deep knowledge of transmission components and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive test programs.
•Proficiency with test data analysis tools such as Python, DIAdem and MATLAB to interpret and present results.
