Job Summary

Maintain accurate inventory records and run day-to-day shipping, receiving, and material handling for a manufacturing operation. Keep inventory/ERP and order-management systems reconciled with physical stock across electronics, sensors, balloon materials, and supplies. Perform cycle counts and full inventories, manage lot/serial traceability, pick/kit and stage parts for the production line, and process outbound shipments, returns, and transfers while following ESD and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records across parts and SKUs, ensuring system quantities match physical stock.
•Perform regular cycle counts and periodic full physical inventories, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
•Reconcile counts within inventory/ERP and order-management systems while keeping BOMs and part records accurate.
•Maintain lot and serial traceability, manage stock levels against production demand, and flag low or excess inventory.
•Run shipping, receiving, and material handling: verify inbound shipments, pick/kit/stage components, process outbound orders and returns, and follow ESD and safety procedures.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•2–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, stockroom, or shipping/receiving, ideally in a manufacturing or hardware environment.
•Proven accuracy with inventory records and ability to reconcile physical counts against a system of record.
•Experience with inventory/ERP or order-management software; strong spreadsheet skills, basic math, and general computer literacy.
•Comfortable operating (or willing to be certified on) material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
