Upsell Crew Member

Drive revenue at live music events by managing and executing venue upsells such as lawn chair rentals, blanket sales, non-artist merch, reserved lawn, Fast Lane, VIP club upgrades, and future ticket sales. Assist the General Manager with marketing, pricing, and revenue management for each concert, and train the team on experiential sales techniques. Collaborate across departments, use Parkhub and Salesdeck at point-of-sale stations, and coordinate best practices during show run-of-show.
