Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and deploy high-speed network technologies to support AI/LLM applications.
  • •Design and develop monitoring, analysis, and diagnosis platforms/systems for large-scale AI/LLM networks.
  • •Research and develop high-performance AI communication frameworks and network protocol stacks, including host-network-application co-design.
  • •Optimize scalability, reliability, and performance of AI/LLM network systems through codeign optimization.
  • •Build next-generation AI network infrastructure for large-scale heterogeneous network hardware using innovative, deployable solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, electronic engineering, network engineering, or a related field.
  • •Proficiency in computer networks and network programming.
  • •Proficiency in one or more mainstream programming languages including C/C++, Python, and Go.
  • •Familiarity with high-speed network system advances such as RDMA, congestion control, and AI network optimization.
  • •Experience developing high-performance communication frameworks (including NCCL, MPI, and RPC libraries) and/or software for AI network diagnosis and performance optimization is a plus.
