Global Tax - Real Estate - Vice President

Serve as a key advisor on tax matters for the real estate investment platform, working with investment professionals and private wealth and institutional client services teams. Advise on tax planning for acquisitions, dispositions, refinancings, and recapitalizations; develop new fund products and structures; assess legislative and regulatory impacts; support tax due diligence; and review transaction documentation with external tax counsel and advisors.
