Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead long-term strategy for the rigid extrusion and thermoforming platform.
  • •Identify and prioritize capability, capacity, technology, and operational investments for future growth.
  • •Lead multi-generation platform roadmaps covering sustainability, recycled content, material transitions, manufacturing technology, and productivity improvements.
  • •Build business cases for major capital investments and evaluate network capabilities, constraints, and long-term capacity needs.
  • •Serve as primary strategic leader across cross-functional teams to align resources and execute platform initiatives and communicate direction to senior leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
  • •5+ years’ experience across Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, R&D, Product Management, Asset Management, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
  • •Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial technologies, connected to financial outcomes.
  • •Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Ability to translate long-term vision and technology trends into practical execution and investment plans.
