Job Summary

Own and evolve internal control activities end-to-end, defining and implementing control frameworks that strengthen risk identification, monitoring, second-level reviews, and clear control documentation for third parties. Partner with teams across Insurance, Operations, Security, and Legal to design and implement risk mitigation action plans. Support audits, co-build next-generation risk tooling, and help grow the control function through hiring and enablement.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and implement control frameworks for processes, leveraging transparency and distributed ownership while improving reliability and scalability using AI and automation.
•Strengthen risk identification and monitoring, co-build next-generation risk tooling, and perform second-level reviews on high-risk areas.
•Drive proper control documentation and communicability to third-party partners.
•Support management of audits from commercial partners and supervisors.
•Expand risk management reflexes across the company by supporting teams (Insurance, Operations, Security, Legal) with action plans to mitigate risks, and help identify and hire new talents for the team.

Key Requirements

•At least two years of experience in internal control or a risk function (insurance, Big Four, or a regulated/fast-growing environment).
•Fluent in both French and English.
•A solid understanding of Solvency II with domain expertise (insurance operations, reserving, underwriting, reporting frameworks).
•Comfort with AI and automation tools to scale controls and anticipate how AI reshapes controls.
•A builder’s mindset and a business-partner attitude, with a written-first, structured working style suited to async communication.
