Key Responsibilities

•Own the calculation, validation, and analysis of monthly commission payments; investigate and resolve compensation discrepancies with documentation.
•Lead commission finance activities in Anaplan, including commission modeling, analytics, and maintaining the Commissions module.
•Manage Sales Finance forecasting processes (bookings forecasting, pipeline analysis, headcount planning, productivity reporting) and enhance commercial forecasting predictability.
•Build scalable financial models to support annual planning, long-range planning, and scenario analysis.
•Partner globally across Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, Accounting, HR, and leadership to deliver accurate compensation/forecasting and actionable insights.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 152,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7–12+ years of FP&A, Sales Finance, Commercial Finance, or related finance experience.
•Experience supporting Sales or go-to-market organizations in SaaS or high-growth technology environments.
•Strong forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and commission finance background.
•Hands-on Anaplan experience, including building or managing commissions and forecasting models.
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA/advanced degree is a plus.
