Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including customer sales contracts, channel partner agreements, procurement agreements, and technology licensing arrangements.
  • •Advise on EU and member-state regulatory requirements, including GDPR compliance, export controls, and anti-bribery/anti-corruption programs.
  • •Identify and assess legal risks, propose practical solutions, and manage external counsel for disputes and specialized matters.
  • •Partner with senior executives to develop internal processes and templates that improve efficiency and compliance awareness.

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree and qualification to practice law in at least one EU jurisdiction.
  • •10+ years of legal experience, including training at an international law firm and in-house counsel experience with a multinational corporation.
  • •Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Strong track record advising on commercial transactions, international contracting, and cross-border legal issues.
  • •Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across jurisdictions and functions.
