Key Responsibilities

  • •Define long-term vision and strategy for electrical hardware design and development across multiple feature areas and divisional boundaries.
  • •Develop technology roadmaps for electrical/hardware engineering teams by identifying gaps and solutions for future growth.
  • •Communicate strategy and technology roadmaps to executive staff, industry partners, and customers.
  • •Provide consultation, design input, and feedback for new product development and design reviews across organizations and architectures.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with electrical/hardware engineering design and development across feature areas or related fields.
  • •Ability to provide design input, feedback, and consultation for new product development and design reviews across organizations.
  • •Strong cross-organization collaboration and communication to guide innovation and long-range technical goals.
