Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead integrated planning across Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Fleet to ensure cross-functional alignment and delivery.
  • •Develop and maintain planning frameworks that convert strategy into operational plans with clear timelines and KPIs.
  • •Partner with Financial Planning and Controlling to ensure forecast assumptions are grounded in executable plans and to track key inputs to group forecasts.
  • •Ensure governance of business cases, validate benefit tracking, and hold business case owners accountable for execution progress and realization of benefits.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7+ years of relevant experience in planning, strategy execution, or business performance roles, preferably in aviation, logistics, consulting, or transport.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (required).
  • •Strong understanding of integrated business planning principles, financial forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • •Skilled in using planning tools, dashboards, and structured reporting to track execution and escalate deviations.
  • •Fluent written and verbal English (required).
