Senior Integrated Planning Manager

Lead integrated planning across Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Fleet to translate group forecasts, cost-saving initiatives, and revenue targets into executable plans delivered reliably and on time. Develop planning frameworks with clear timelines and KPIs, govern business cases and benefit tracking, and partner with Financial Planning to ensure forecast assumptions are executable. Manage and develop a team of four Integrated Planning Managers and drive cross-functional accountability and transparency.
