Serve as a trusted advisor to clients through consultative conversations that identify financial goals and align them with tailored banking solutions. Drive growth by proactively promoting and selling deposit accounts, loans, and lines of credit, and making referrals to mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking. Deliver strong client experiences, support teller line operations as needed, assist with coaching associates on sales and service, and ensure compliance with bank policies and risk controls.
