Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure correct bookkeeping and consistent accounting approaches across accountants in Ukrainian and international companies within the group.
  • •Analyze accounting process errors, correct them independently, and implement solutions to stop repeat issues.
  • •Coordinate across accounting, treasury, automation teams, and other departments to improve process efficiency.
  • •Gather business requirements and write technical tasks for ERP improvements (SAP and accounting systems) to automate controls and reduce manual work.
  • •Support month-end close by ensuring correct recording of transactions in the system, and consult/train accountants on processes and system usage.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep understanding of accounting—from primary documents through preparation of financial statements.
  • •Experience analyzing accounting processes, identifying error causes, and practically fixing them.
  • •Understanding ERP system principles and willingness to participate in automating accounting processes (SAP is a plus).
  • •Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with accountants at different levels.
  • •Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, complex formulas).
