Key Responsibilities

  • •Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, leave management, and offboarding.
  • •Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR processes, policies, and operational procedures.
  • •Maintain and improve HR operational processes to ensure they are clear, efficient, and consistent.
  • •Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other HR Operations teams across regions.
  • •Handle employee inquiries and support HR projects, process improvements, and data tracking for operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources.
  • •Strong knowledge of Korea labor and compliance laws, including experience supporting trade union setup and management.
  • •Experience managing employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence, immigration matters, and offboarding.
  • •Strong communication skills in both English and Korean.
  • •Positive attitude with flexibility and willingness to learn; able to contribute to the team.
