Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a caseload of participants, providing tailored coaching and support throughout their employment journey.
  • •Complete holistic needs assessments and develop personalised action plans aligned to individual goals, circumstances, and support needs.
  • •Identify barriers to employment and connect participants with appropriate health, wellbeing, training, community, and specialist support services.
  • •Deliver one-to-one employability coaching, including CV support, job searching, interview preparation, and confidence-building activities.
  • •Build relationships with local employers to identify inclusive employment opportunities and support participants into suitable roles.

  • •Experience coaching, motivating, or supporting individuals to achieve positive outcomes

  • •Highly organised with experience managing a varied caseload and prioritising effectively while working independently
