Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan the roadmap for B2B products based on user requirements and steer product direction using business and product analysis.
  • •Analyze and diagnose business problems to identify users’ pain points and priorities, including competitive analysis for responsible areas.
  • •Deliver secure, user-friendly products and coordinate multiple teams (e.g., technology, testing & operations) to achieve product business goals.
  • •Own product operations including training and data analysis, and analyze user feedback and behavior.
  • •Continuously optimize the product user experience and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least three years of relevant experience in internet products or enterprise management software products.
  • •Independently perform product requirement analysis and product design work, and provide guidance for sub-products.
  • •Familiar with internet product design and development processes; communicate and collaborate effectively with technical teams to ensure efficient launches.
  • •Proactively plan product development by tracking industry trends, communicating across teams, and promoting business progress.
  • •Ability to focus on identifying user pain points and priorities and steering requirements effectively.
