  • •Act as the lead legal partner for Thermo King, Americas, providing day-to-day legal advice on business and strategic matters.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements and support sales of equipment.
  • •Advise on legal and regulatory requirements for sales, installation, marketing, and products, including NHSTA, EPA, and CARB compliance.
  • •Support litigation and manage claims rights and recovery from customers and suppliers.
