Job Summary

Structural engineers and designers are needed to join our Southern US team on alternative delivery projects, including bridge design work. You will contribute across junior, mid, and senior levels, utilizing Bentley software and bridge design tools to develop design packages and deliver high-quality structural solutions for transportation infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate on design/build or alternative delivery projects, contributing to structural design packages for bridges
•Develop design packages for bridge design projects using Bentley Suite and related software
•Assist with retaining wall design and various bridge substructures (prestressed beams, girders, substructures)
•Analyze foundation options (spread footings, drilled shafts, HPiles) and reinforcement strategies
•Engage in multi-level roles from junior to senior, including task leadership and mentoring

•Structural CAD Designers: BS Degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
•Junior Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency
•Mid-Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency
•Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency
•Preferred Qualifications: EIT Certification or PE License; State DOT experience
