Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate on design/build or alternative delivery projects, contributing to structural design packages for bridges
  • •Develop design packages for bridge design projects using Bentley Suite and related software
  • •Assist with retaining wall design and various bridge substructures (prestressed beams, girders, substructures)
  • •Analyze foundation options (spread footings, drilled shafts, HPiles) and reinforcement strategies
  • •Engage in multi-level roles from junior to senior, including task leadership and mentoring

  • •Structural CAD Designers: BS Degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
  • •Junior Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency
  • •Mid-Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency
  • •Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency
  • •Preferred Qualifications: EIT Certification or PE License; State DOT experience
