Deliver reliable nightly doorstep trash and recycling pickup for multifamily communities. Collect bagged trash using the assigned tote/cart, use Trash Butler’s field app for check-in/out and reporting, and transport waste to on-site dumpsters, compactors, or chute rooms using your open-bed pickup truck. Complete additional on-site services as needed and maintain daily communication with your supervisor while working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure completion of nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection during service evenings.
•Collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep using the assigned tote or cart.
•Use the field app for efficient timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
•Transport collected trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters, compactors, or chute rooms.
•Perform additional services as needed (e.g., porter service, bulk item hauling, pet station waste removal, pressure washing, compactor clean-up, and light cleanliness tasks).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive motions, including climbing stairs and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
•Own an open-bed pickup truck (required at most properties) and have valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name (or listed as an authorized driver).
•Use a smart phone to download and use the company’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
•Demonstrate self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work independently while providing quality service.
•High school diploma or equivalent; customer service experience is a plus.
