Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a Service Catalog Developer, ideally in a ServiceNow context.
  • •Hands-on experience developing within the ServiceNow Service Catalog.
  • •Experience creating Catalog Items, Record Producers, Service Offerings, and Fulfillment Flows.
  • •Knowledge of ServiceNow workflow and Flow Designer, plus strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
