Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the banks electronic banking system to identify transactions and input them into Aon accounting systems for correct posting.
  • •Release outward payments using accounting systems and route them for Aon Treasury processing by bankers.
  • •Perform bank reconciliations using bank statements/accounting systems and resolve or escalate timing differences.
  • •Post receipts from bank statements to the ledger system accurately, managing large volumes.
  • •Coordinate with teams in India, UK, and Poland to ensure daily transaction processing by deadlines and cut-off times.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in accounting/cashiering activities, including cash books and bookkeeping.
  • •Experience with accounting systems and interfacing outward payments with electronic banking applications.
  • •Knowledge of banking payment methods including CHAPS/FP/SWIFT and how they operate.
  • •Ability to perform bank reconciliations using bank statements and accounting systems, discussing and escalating discrepancies as needed.
  • •Graduate/Post-Graduate education and the ability to work accurately under pressure with large volumes.
