Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and manage compensation programs, processes, and day-to-day compensation analysis
  • •Lead compensation benchmarking, including survey participation, market analysis, salary range/structure development, and pay position review
  • •Administer annual compensation processes (salary administration, budget modeling, market competitiveness review, compensation guidelines, system setup and user support) and synthesize results for senior leadership
  • •Consult with HRBPs and business leaders on compensation strategy and reward program needs; translate business and market perspectives into recommendations
  • •Monitor compensation laws and regulations for pay equity, pay transparency, and other compliance areas; lead compensation projects and root-cause analysis to ensure data accuracy

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, economics, mathematics, or other business-related areas
  • •Minimum of 7 years of compensation-focused experience; CCP certification is a plus
  • •Broad knowledge of compensation theory and practices, including compensation program design, implementation, and administration
  • •Experience with compensation analysis using market data, job evaluation and grading, job matching, and market pricing
  • •Consultative skills partnering with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, on compensation and reward matters
