Job Summary

Own content and merchandising for Dyson’s DTC e-commerce websites across Central & Eastern Europe, supporting the trade activation manager to deliver the content roadmap. Maintain trading calendars, coordinate briefs and translation SLAs with external agencies, and ensure A+ content execution, correct pricing, and merchandising. Manage day-to-day merchandising across 8 sites, execute seasonal campaigns and launches, and optimize customer journeys to improve engagement and conversion.

•Maintain content calendar aligned to trading plans, NPD launches, conversion drivers, and media plans.
•Manage content briefs and prioritize execution with external agencies, including translation SLAs.
•Own merchandising and trading across 8 Dyson websites, ensuring products and campaigns are prominently featured.
•Build and maintain key site pages (home, category, landing, promotional) and execute trading calendars, seasonal campaigns, and launches.
•Review website performance and optimize customer journeys to reduce friction and improve navigation, engagement, and conversion.
