Job Summary

Lead finance for the Supply BU for North America and support PGT (product growth) teams, strategic initiatives, and market insights. Partner with FP&A and product management to build long-range plans and investment strategy, deliver product forecasts, and analyze pricing, margins, volume, and mix. Own inventory forecasting, accounting, and costing for the retail network, support SIOP and gate reviews, and provide ESG reporting and analysis while leading and developing two direct reports.

•Develop long-range plans and investment strategy with FP&A and PGT to drive accountability and achieve planned ROI.
•Partner with product management on product forecasts and performance reporting across price, margins, volume, and mix.
•Support the SIOP process by aligning market and business outlooks with input from product management, sales, and supply chain to optimize manufacturing and inventory levels.
•Lead inventory forecasting, accounting, and costing for the retail network, and serve as finance lead for ESG reporting and analysis while managing and developing two direct reports.

Key Requirements

•Four-year degree in accounting or finance is required; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
•10+ years of experience in the Finance function of a publicly held global corporation.
•Excellent analytical and modeling skills, with strong ability to plan and forecast effectively.
•Demonstrated leadership and experience leading teams through financial cycles (actuals, budgeting, and forecasting).
•Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships across executive management and stakeholders.
