•Lead the site merchandising and search strategy year-round with focus during peak periods.
•Train and guide supporting team members to deliver merchandising aligned to business priorities.
•Support trading calendar promotions, brand and product launches using merchandising and messaging with relevant personalisation.
•Use merchandising tools to optimize product listings, search results, and cross-sell areas.
•Review dashboards to understand impact on business objectives, track KPIs, and support A/B testing and personalisation initiatives while liaising with partners like Fredhopper.
