Job Summary

Own the health and reliability of Crusoe’s GPU compute fleet by automating deep hardware diagnosis, executing rack-level troubleshooting, and supporting component repair and preventative maintenance. Build Go-based tooling to troubleshoot NVIDIA and AMD GPU platforms, run post-repair validation (including NVIDIA NCCL), and manage firmware/BIOS upgrades. Partner with data center operations, engineering, and vendors while maintaining clear documentation and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

•Automate diagnosis and troubleshooting of GPU rack and high-density compute hardware faults.
•Develop software to troubleshoot and support NVIDIA and AMD GPU platforms.
•Perform component-level diagnosis, remediation, and field-replaceable unit (FRU) repairs for GPUs and supporting subsystems.
•Conduct post-repair validation including burn-in, torch testing, and NVIDIA NCCL testing to ensure stability and performance.
•Maintain documentation and SOPs, manage firmware/BIOS upgrades, and participate in a rotating infrastructure on-call schedule.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 215,000 - 260,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Ability to code in Golang.
•Proven experience diagnosing and repairing high-density, rack-mounted compute hardware in production environments.
•Strong Linux experience (Ubuntu, Rocky Linux, CentOS) using the command line for diagnostics and testing.
•Experience supporting NVIDIA A100, H200, GB200, B200 and AMD 350X / 355X series platforms.
•Familiarity with high-speed interconnects such as InfiniBand, NVLink, and RDMA over Converged Ethernet (RoCE).
