Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the mobility policy suite end to end, covering relocation, transfers, international assignments, and cross-border work arrangements.
  • •Run mobility cases from scoping to landing, including package design, cost estimates, immigration sequencing, tax/social-security implications, payroll setup, and post-arrival support.
  • •Manage employment-based immigration casework with outside counsel and handle intake, documentation, employer questionnaires, verification letters, and case closure.
  • •Lead right-to-work compliance across jurisdictions, including I-9 and E-Verify in the US and share-code checks in the UK (and equivalents in EU/other markets).
  • •Build mobility tracking and reporting (pipeline, deadlines, dashboards) and write employee-facing documentation explaining moves and pay decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in global mobility with real ownership of cross-border moves and immigration casework.
  • •Fluency in US employment-based immigration and at least one other jurisdiction’s work-authorization regime (UK, EU, or Canada).
  • •Strong analytical skills using spreadsheets/HRIS reporting to build defensible models and explain assumptions.
  • •Good judgment on risk, including when to escalate to Legal and how to flag entity/classification exposure.
  • •Excellent written communication for policies, verification letters, offer rationales, and executive recommendations.
