Key Responsibilities

•Define and manage end-to-end technical delivery of building services projects (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
•Mentor and lead technical teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
•Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver integrated building services solutions.
•Ensure designs and installations meet regulatory codes, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
•Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout project lifecycles.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical engineering or related field.
•Minimum 15 years of experience in building services, with at least 5 years in leading major project delivery.
•Chartered Engineering Status with the UK Engineering Council.
