Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform credit analysis tasks, including credit investigations and analysis of borrowers’ financial information.
  • •Prepare organized credit memos and reports assessing creditworthiness for loan requests (including review of $500,000 to $3,000,000).
  • •Develop income, sales, expense, and net worth projections and evaluate new money requests and portfolio management duties.
  • •Assess collateral values and collateral coverage by reviewing appraisals when necessary; assign risk ratings.
  • •Follow assigned portfolio/account requirements for updated financials and recommend additional information for credit memos; participate in the Criticized Asset Committee and credit administration projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics (or related) or equivalent experience, with preferred specialized financial analysis training.
  • •Minimum 2 years of related experience as a Business Solutions Credit Analyst (or equivalent).
  • •Thorough knowledge of commercial lending, loan review regulations, and banking regulations/procedures.
  • •Advanced ability to analyze financial statement data and draw conclusions.
  • •Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting, including techniques such as discounted cash flow and projected forecasted cash flow.
